- You work as employee for a monthly wage, and your employer received a reserve service benefit for the period of service.
(a salaried employee receiving a daily or hourly wage - is not require to meet this condition). - Your wage in the month of service or in the two months prior to the month of service increased by 20% at least, for 3 consecutive months at least.
Important!
We check the wage increase as follows: month of increase and 2 following months relative to the 3 months preceding the month of increase (barring a new employee for whom wage increase is assessed in comparison with the minimum benefit amount - NIS 215.17 (as of 01.01.2023).
For instance: for an employee who performed reserve service duty in the month of October 2022 and whose wage increased in August 2022, we will check if his wage in the month of August/September/October was at least 20% higher than that in the months of July, June and May.
